WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY

Sabiana S.p.A. provides a procedure designed to ensure a working environment in which any unlawful conduct occurring within the Company can be freely reported.

The procedure governs the process for reporting unlawful conduct and therefore defines appropriate communication channels for the receipt, analysis and processing of reports submitted or transmitted, including in confidential or anonymous form.
