Located in the historical Cantine Motta site in Cavezzo, Acetum is a company specialising in the production of quality balsamic vinegar, using must only from PGI grapes. The balsamic vinegar is aged in different-sized barrels and vats made from different types of wood, before acquiring the typical texture and fragrance that has made this product from Emilia famous all over the world. At Acetum, 796 metres of radiant heating strips have been installed, guaranteeing this unique Italian product the maximum in indoor climate control.
